The brief was to create a compact and well designed home that would feel secure on a stormy winters night, and in the summer open completely to the outdoors. The covered outdoor deck acts as a second living room that can be enjoyed all year round. Alfresco dinners and drinks watching the setting sun – BLISS. With a small footprint of 81sqm it still manages to fit 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a generous size living/dining area. Its got everything you need and more, and when guests or family come to stay they have their own private wing to enjoy.
