Completed 2023. A commercial internal re-build and fit-out for a high-end design retailer and international brand.
Design and consenting for a complex tilt-slab and laminated timber, multi-unit, mews development for a private developer in Nelson. The brief called for a modernist-style, mews development of six exclusive, low maintenance town houses set in a small exclusive neighbourhood.
Design and construction completed of three large duplex properties on Bassett Rd in Parnell. A tricky resource consent, comprehensive site works and challenging architectural detailing added to the complexity of a tight site.
A multi-unit development for 6 townhouses, designed for sun, very low maintenance, and ultimate flexibility. Each unit is 3 bedrooms plus a flexible area that can be used for anything from a rumpus to a self-contained unit. Attention has been given to long-term robustness of design and build, some great design features and ultimate adaptability to suit families young and old. Construction due to start early 2023.
