We’ve been arguing the merits of an integrated architect + builder approach since we began, but it’s really hard to communicate the benefits unless a client has actually been through the process before – we don’t know what we don’t know! We are about to publish this year’s magazine and one of the articles is about the Box™ process of designing a home, including some of the people involved at each step (sneak preview below!)
What quickly becomes clear is the amount of expertise required to pull off successful projects, and the ability to have access to all these people under the one roof just makes the process that much easier, more efficient, and less expensive in the long run.
