A Box™ Sprint is the best way to prototype your new home.
In a Sprint our team will…
Complete a zoning assessment
If you’re in the Auckland area we’ll get our team to site, otherwise one of us will visit your site and document it
Provide a template
We’ll ask you to fill in a template to start the process of thinking about how you live and what you want
Facilitate a workshop
We will run a session together with key people from the business to do a thorough feasibility study of the project and show you how we work
Provide you with a report
We will pull a report together to detail all the facts, ideas, numbers and other information that we documented and discussed throughout the day
Do a Sketch Design
We’ll take the site and brief and design a floorplan layout and elevation that will hopefully leave you inspired!
At the heart of a Sprint is the 2-hour workshop with key members of the Box™ team.

Develop a brief
We will help articulate, then record, how you live and what you want from your house
Create a budget breakdown
Based on your site and brief, we will do a thorough budget breakdown to see if the project has financial legs
Understand your site
We will undertake an investigation of your site, zones and constraints that influence the design process
Understand what we might design
Meet our design team and get a feel for the design principles we would use on your project
Check out past and similar projects
Get to see how we’ve solved similar projects in the past and what plans we may have up our sleeves
